SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to make delivery as straightforward as possible.

UK DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery is £4.99.

Orders over £75 qualify for FREE standard UK delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail or another suitable UK delivery service.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, bank holidays and periods of unusually high demand.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We do our best to keep stock information accurate.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered:

• A full refund for the unavailable item
• Store credit
• The option to wait for the item to come back into stock

Please include your order number and any relevant photographs where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

UK DELIVERY ONLY

At present, our standard Shopify delivery setup is for United Kingdom orders.

If international delivery is introduced in the future, the available options and costs will be shown at checkout.
