RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your SheSwings order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the information below.

RETURNS

Customers have 30 days from the date the order was placed to return eligible items.

If dispatch of your order has been delayed due to an item being temporarily out of stock, we will take this delay into account when considering the return period.

Returned items must be in their original condition and must not show signs of damage, wear or obvious use.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to SheSwings.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund back to your original payment method.

If we are unable to approve a refund because an item has been returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will contact you and explain the reason.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us at jess_picton@sheswings.co.uk to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to SheSwings.

Once we receive the returned item, and subject to availability, SheSwings will send the replacement size and cover the cost of standard postage for the replacement item.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Depending on the circumstances, SheSwings may offer store credit at its discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at jess_picton@sheswings.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
